2023年7月24日，欧盟委员会在官方公报（OJ）上发布(EU) 2023/1526指令，更新欧盟RoHS指令（2011/65/EU）中的附件IV，新增一项关于铅的豁免条款。

RoHS附件IV是针对医疗设备和监视/控制设备的豁免，此修订指令自欧盟公布后的第20天生效。此次新增豁免条款的相关内容如下：

条款：41a

条款内容：Lead as a thermal stabilizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used as base material in amperometric, potentiometric and conductometric electrochemical sensors which are used in in-vitro diagnostic medical devices for the analysis of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in whole blood.

在聚氯乙烯(PVC)中作为热稳定剂的铅，被用作电流、电势和电导电化学传感器的基材，这些传感器用于体外诊断医疗设备，用于分析全血中的肌酐和尿素氮（BUN）。

范围及豁免期限：

 Applies to category 8 and expires on 31 December 2023.
